Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation (Cancel Anytime)
Recurring subscriptions (Confluence Publishing Plan — $19 USD/month) can be canceled at any time via the customer billing link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or via our Billing & Support Desk. When you cancel before the end of your current billing cycle, your workspace entitlement remains active through the paid period end date (ends_at) and will not auto-renew.
2. 14-Day Refund Policy
If DocBrancher cannot compile or synchronize your scoped Markdown repository during your initial Assisted Publishing Pilot ($49 USD) or within 14 days of your initial Confluence Publishing Plan charge, you may request a full refund through our Billing & Support Desk by providing your checkout email or reference ID (dbr_req_...).
3. Effect of Refund
When a refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy, paid workspace entitlements associated with the refunded order are revoked immediately upon receipt of the signed order_refunded webhook.
