1. Minimal Data Collection
DocBrancher collects only the information required to operate your documentation workspace and fulfill commercial plans:
- Workspace Account & Pilot Intake: Your work email address, password hash (scrypt with per-account random salt), target Confluence site host, and GitHub repository coordinate (
owner/repo). - Repository Preview Content: Markdown blobs and tree metadata fetched for your selected repository branch and commit SHA.
- Billing Metadata: Order/subscription status, renewal timestamps, and plan entitlements received via signed webhooks from Lemon Squeezy. DocBrancher never sees or stores raw payment card numbers.
2. Zero Secret Harvesting
DocBrancher enforces server-side filters that reject raw Atlassian API tokens, GitHub personal access tokens, and webhook secrets in commercial intake forms.
3. Data Retention & Deletion Requests
You may request export or deletion of your workspace account and commercial intake records at any time through our Billing & Support Desk.
